Looking for a Personal Brand & Community Growth Manager to elevate the personal brand of a relationship expert, and thought leader.

This is not a "post and schedule" role. We are looking for a true brand builder who actively grows and interacts with a community every week, using organic strategy only, with no paid advertising. You will have real taste, strong editorial instincts, and the ability to turn nuance into content that feels elevated, warm, and intelligent. You will work with minimal direction and bring your own ideas without waiting to be told what to do.

Our expert works with high-achieving, self-development-oriented clients navigating infidelity, divorce, life transitions, and relationship complexity. The work sits at the intersection of modern psychology, intimacy, and personal transformation, and we are building a personal brand that reflects that depth.

The heart of this role: active, organic community growth

Growth for this brand comes from relationships and conversations, not ad spend. You will be hands-on in the community every single week:

- Find and engage with relevant accounts, creators, professionals, and communities on the expert's behalf, through thoughtful comments, conversations, and genuine connection.
- Respond to comments and messages on the brand's accounts, and start conversations that bring people in. Anything sensitive or clinical goes to the expert for approval first.
- Turn people who simply watch the content into people who follow, engage with, and trust the brand.
- Grow the audience organically on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts through strategy, consistency, and smart use of each platform.
- Spot opportunities for the expert to be featured, interviewed, or invited to collaborate with other professionals, and bring them forward with a plan.
- Build lasting relationships with the people who engage most, so the community feels seen and keeps coming back.

About the role You will shape how the expert shows up online.



The brand blends luxury editorial, modern psychology, and confident thought leadership. The voice is warm but never overly casual, intellectually engaging without being academic, and thought-provoking without becoming sensational.

We are not interested in generic relationship content like "five signs your partner loves you." We want ideas with depth, such as the difference between a partner who has stopped loving you and a partner who has stopped feeling understood. If you can recognize and develop that kind of nuance, this role is for you.

What you will do

- Develop sophisticated, engaging content, including posts and carousels, that reflects the expert's voice, knowledge, and perspective.
- Plan and keep a steady content and engagement rhythm, even in weeks when you are not given content ideas.
- Update the personal website with press features
- Track what is working, report on performance, and bring new ideas each week.

What success looks like

- Within 30 days: a clear read on the expert's voice, a positioning plan that sets the brand apart from the many therapists and relationship experts online, and an active daily engagement rhythm.
- Within 90 days: measurable growth in engaged followers, more conversations and inbound opportunities, and visibility in new places.
- Throughout: content that sounds like the expert on their best day, with very little rewriting needed.

How we work

- About 3 to 5 hours per week to start, so we need someone who prioritizes well and produces results without being directed daily.
- A short weekly check-in keeps everything moving.

- Sensitive or clinically oriented content, including replies to challenging comments about sexuality or infidelity, requires the expert's approval before it goes out.

Qualifications

- C2-level English and an exceptional writing eye. You can capture nuance, warmth, intelligence, and authenticity.
- Proven experience growing a community organically, without paid ads, and actively engaging with it.
- An warm, elegant, modern, upscale aesthetic and strong visual judgment.
- Experience in personal branding, wellness, psychology, luxury branding, or thought leadership.
- Comfort with short-form video editing, Canva, AI-assisted workflows, and content scheduling.
- Highly independent, organized, proactive, and resourceful.
- Emotional intelligence and sound judgment, including comfort discussing sexuality, intimacy, and infidelity professionally.
- Previous work with measurable results that you can show us.

Details Remote and part-time, approximately 3 to 5 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the brand grows. Candidates from Mexico and across Latin America are welcome to apply.
