We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager to lead complex telecommunications and IT infrastructure implementations across Latin America. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of enterprise networking, cloud, security, and connectivity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead customer implementation projects from initiation through successful delivery.

- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

- Serve as the primary interface between customers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.

- Coordinate multi-country deployments and implementation activities.

- Drive issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.

- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and service transition activities.





Required Experience

- 5+ years of project management or customer-facing experience within Telecom, Networking, or IT Services.

- Experience leading infrastructure, network, cloud, security, or connectivity implementation projects.

- Strong stakeholder management and customer communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments.

- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.

- ITIL Foundation certification.

- CCNA, CCNP, or related networking certifications.

- Experience working with multinational teams and regional deployments across LATAM.
