We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused LMSAdministrator to support and optimize our learning technology ecosystem. Thisrole combines Learning Management System (LMS) administration, technicaltroubleshooting, and client support, ensuring a seamless learning experiencefor employees and stakeholders across the organization.

The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point ofcontact for LMS-related support, manage service tickets, troubleshoot systemissues, maintain learning content and user records, and collaborate withcross-functional teams to continuously enhance the learning experience. Thisposition is idóneo for professionals who enjoy balancing technology, customerservice, and learning operations in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology,Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience administering a LearningManagement System (LMS).
