RECRUITMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts, oversee the recruitment team, and ensure we attract and hire the right talent to support our business growth.

Position Overview The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring the timely delivery of qualified candidates for our operational and support positions. This role requires strong leadership, a data-driven mindset, and experience recruiting high-volume talent in a fast-paced BPO or call center environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs, staffing forecasts, and operational hiring targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to achieve individual and team performance goals.
- High-Volume Hiring: Oversee full-cycle recruitment for sales agents, retention specialists, leadership roles, and support positions.
- Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze KPIs, including time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, attendance-to-training ratios, and hiring target attainment.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with Operations,



Human Resources, Training, and other departments to understand staffing requirements and hiring priorities.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, efficient, and engaging candidate journey throughout the recruitment process.
- Sourcing and Employer Branding: Identify new talent sources, strengthen recruitment channels, and promote RUI as an employer of choice.
- Process Improvement: Optimize recruitment workflows, interview processes, candidate screening, and reporting to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular recruitment reports, staffing updates, and hiring forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including leadership or management responsibilities.
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the BPO, call center, customer service, or contact center industry.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and delivering results against aggressive hiring targets.
- Comfortable leading the team while carrying your own requisitions when volume spikes. No task is beneath you when hiring goals are on the line.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs, workforce planning,



and talent acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience recruiting bilingual English-Spanish candidates.
- Knowledge of the Mexico City talent market and local recruitment channels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work on-site at our CDMX office .
