and oversee daily line testing operations in collaboration with our third-party Manufacturing Partner (EMS) in Chihuahua . In this role, you will act as a key technical leader and communication bridge between general R&D; design engineers and local manufacturing teams . You will be responsible for defining test requirements, troubleshooting product and test station failures on the production line, and conducting root cause analysis using advanced quality tools (MSA, PFMEA, 8D) . Additionally, you will drive operational efficiency through the setup and maintenance of specialized engineering tools (LabVIEW, TestStand) , optimize line throughput under Lean Six Sigma (LSS) frameworks, and serve as the technical escalation point to oversee and mentor local test techniciansSupport the implementation of Zebra’s contract with electronic manufacturing services company (EMS) by managing and monitoring the manufacturing
