Drives product design, development, and plant support to launch products effectively and efficiently, as well as grow technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Understand internal and external customer design requirements.
- Launch product.
- Utilize PRP to guide Launch Process.
- Develop tactical plans to meet deliverables.
- Deliver design within engineering budget and BOM cost targets.
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods for issue resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or equivalent degree in a technical field (manufacturing, mechanical, chemical, materials science, industrial & operations, etc.)
- 0-4+ years of experience in automotive interiors.
