- Responsible to set a daily production plan to achieve the goals of safety, quality and production,



supervise employee work to ensure performance, productivity and skill .
- Detect area needs .
- Lead improvement projects .
- Coordinate and lead cell production meetings.

- Experience in Decision making at Program Level.
- Experience in Develop Strategies aligning Cross Functional Teams.
