The Role: We're looking for a Software Engineer in Mexico to help build an AI-powered risk intelligence platform. The platform helps enterprises detect and respond to emerging online threats. The team builds software with a spec-driven, AI-assisted workflow: engineers write clear specifications, plans, and acceptance criteria, then direct AI coding agents to implement, test, and refine the code. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role.



You'll own features end to end and help the team improve how it ships with AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate product requirements into precise specs, technical plans, and task breakdowns that AI coding agents can carry out reliably
Use AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Kiro) to implement features, then review, test, and refine the code they produce
Own features end to end across backend services, APIs, and integrations, from spec through to production
Define acceptance criteria and automated tests up front so AI-generated code is checked against the spec
Maintain project context files, coding standards, and reusable prompts and templates that keep agent output consistent
Review AI-generated and human-written code for correctness, security, performance, and maintainability
Improve the team's spec-driven workflow, tooling, and CI/CD practices, and share what works
