Monks is looking for a Senior Art Director to lead the conceptualization, visual direction, and execution of digital campaigns and social-first content.

We’re looking for a creative thinker who combines strong visual craft, conceptual abilities, and knowledge of emerging technologies to develop original ideas and high-quality creative executions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop original visual concepts, creative territories, and art direction proposals aligned with strategic briefs and brand objectives.
• Partner with Copywriters, Strategists,



and creative teams to build integrated creative ideas from concept through execution.
• Create moodboards, mockups, storyboards, and visual presentations to communicate creative proposals.
• Lead visual execution across digital campaigns, social content, and multiple formats, ensuring consistency and creative excellence.
• Explore AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance ideation, visual experimentation, and production workflows.
• Apply visual storytelling principles to translate complex ideas into engaging and accessible creative executions.
• Present and defend creative concepts, clearly articulating the rationale behind visual decisions.
• Maintain high standards of typography, composition, branding, and overall design quality.
