VACANTE: Scarlet Spark busca Consultores(as) en Desarrollo Organizacional para brindar consultoría y coaching en liderazgo, estrategia y cultura laboral a organizaciones de protección animal en todo el mundo. Es un puesto 100% remoto como contratista independiente, de 10 a 15 horas al mes, con pago de USD $100 por hora; se requiere inglés fluido y experiencia laboral en América Latina.

Scarlet Spark is a small nonprofit on a mission to turn animal advocacy organizations into human-friendly workplaces so they can do their best work for animals.
We are looking for skilled, values-aligned Consultants to advise and coach our clients one-on-one and in small groups about leadership, strategy, and workplace culture. In 2027, we are especially eager to expand our accessibility to clients in the Integral South.
THE LOGISTICS
• Location: This is a fully remote role, but we are looking for Consultants who have time zone availability and workplace experience in Asia, Africa, or Latin America.
• Hours:
10 - 15 hours per month (you set your own schedule within an agreed upon range of hours)
• Rate of pay: $100 per hour USD (and $50 for up to 10 onboarding hours)
• Contract type: Independent Contractor
• Start date: December 2026 or January 2027
