The Consumer Experience Analyst is responsible for developing, producing, and deploying communication materials that strengthen brand visibility and enhance shopper engagement across multiple channels. This role works closely with marketing, commercial, and field teams to deliver high-quality consumer-facing materials, support brand activations, and identify innovative solutions that improve execution excellence and drive commercial growth. The position plays a key role in transforming marketing strategies into impactful in-market experiences that maximize brand presence, consumer interaction, and conversion opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include





• Develop and deploy communication materials that enhance brand visibility and shopper engagement.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of point-of-sale materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Identify innovative visibility solutions and activation opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
• Partner with marketing, commercial, and field teams to support campaign execution.
• Coordinate external suppliers and agencies to deliver materials efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Monitor execution standards and market feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the planning and execution of consumer and retail activations.
• Explore new formats and technologies that improve shopper engagement and conversion.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Industrial Design, or a related field.
