We are seeking a Delivery Specialist for the General Accounting team to support financial and accounting operations for an external client within a dynamic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment. This role combines accounting operations, financial analysis, and continuous process improvement. As part of a BPO operation, you will collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate execution of critical accounting and financial close activities. Key Responsibilities General Accounting Operations Prepare, review, and post Journal Entries. Perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts. Analyze variances, outstanding items, and account activity to ensure financial accuracy and integrity. Maintain appropriate supporting documentation and audit-ready records. Month-End Close Support Participate in and support Month-End Close activities. Ensure compliance with established deadlines, service level agreements (SLAs), and client requirements.
