Key Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 desktop and end-user technical support.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and basic network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Assist users with IT-related technical issues.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support team.
Requirements:

Basic experience in desktop support or IT technical support.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to provide onsite support.

Must be based in or able to travel to the required location.
