Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built. You take a brand and reference sites, then extract the pattern into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute.
This is a senior, systems-first role, not one-off pages or maintenance. You will build token architecture in Figma, ship reusable component libraries, and document the system so a developer or automation can execute it
