Responsibilities Scheduling Surgical operations with excellence and care Provide a high level of service to patients Answer phone calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriately Assist with medical administrative tasks including insurance verification and billing Obtaining pre-operative clearance and medical records Providing patients with directions before and after surgery.
