Brief Description The Territory Account Manager (TAM) works as part of a team to drive overall sales strategy and bring in new business revenue. Responsibilities Works in conjunction with the Regional Sales Manager and other Sales team members to execute sales strategies and business plans to increase the sales of Rochester Electronics products and services to customers within a defined territory. Establishes and fosters relationships with customers at all levels of the organization through direct contact, including ‘face time’; travels to assigned account base when necessary. Influences customer decisions and priorities with strong product knowledge to create a compelling value proposition for Rochester Electronics products and services solutions. Conveys a deep understanding of the market and technologies that Rochester sells, including our business/industry, our competitors, and the ability to use this knowledge to build an account plan for the assigned accounts. Collaborates with the Regional Sales Manager to manage the full sales cycle
