and follow-up actions.* Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.* Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.* Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.* Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety and Human Resources to develop and implement occupational health programs by providing subject-matter expertise.* Ensure accurate, timely, and individual incident reporting, with zero tolerance for under-reporting or consolidation of cases.* Complete and manage IMSS-related documentation and forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.* Manage and follow up on occupational risk and workers' compensation cases, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.* Prepare, submit, and monitor ST-7 forms related to workplace injuries and occupational incidents.* Oversee the administration and follow-up of general illness cases, medical leaves, and employee health records.The
