With Our Consumer at the Heart, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To: Oversee and deliver accurate financial reporting across Bacardi's Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) region, covering a diverse portfolio of emerging markets. Drive a strong internal control environment across the region, partnering effectively with both internal and external auditors. Collaborate closely with regional teams, Global Finance, and Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) to ensure complex accounting matters are reported in accordance with US GAAP. Partner with in‑market, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to drive working capital optimization initiatives. Work with in‑market teams and Centers of Excellence to ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting, tax reporting, and other regulatory requirements. Lead process efficiency and optimization initiatives across multiple finance sub‑processes, while supporting the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA. Contribute to strategic and special projects in partnership with regional and general stakeholders. Identify risks, vulnerabilities,



and opportunities to strengthen systems, controls, and processes. Champion accounting excellence, governance, and control best practices across the organization. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE The Skills and Experience Needed to Create Your Legacy: Big Four audit experience and/or relevant industry experience. Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards and US GAAP. Strong project management capabilities, with the ability to lead multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance standards, and financial processes to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. Advanced knowledge of financial statements, including P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and CAPEX.
