Job Overview

Ejecutar y asegurar la correcta implementación del sistema de capacitación operativa en planta (TEOA), mediante la formación, seguimiento y certificación del personal productivo, garantizando el desarrollo de habilidades, polivalencia y disciplina operativa en piso.





El puesto es responsable de que los entrenamientos se realicen de manera estandarizada, práctica y alineada a los requerimientos de producción, calidad y seguridad, asegurando que el personal cuente con las competencias necesarias para desempeñar su operación de forma segura y eficiente.

Asimismo, contribuye a la mejora continua del desempeño operativo mediante el seguimiento de la matriz de habilidades, la detección de necesidades de capacitación y la implementación de acciones que incrementen la flexibilidad, estabilidad y productividad en las líneas de producción, apoyándose en sistemas administrativos como TRESS para el control y actualización de información del personal..

Job Requirements

Responsabilidades

- Administrar el sistema de polivalencia de los operadores, MOD
- DNCs de los indirectos
- Desarrollar el sistema de Poli competencia en la planta
- Desarrollar sistemas de TEPO
- administración de resultados de los EAPs, actualización de integrantes
- Seguimiento del desarrollo de los lideres de los EAPs, basado en el Guias de Desarrollo de TE
- Seguimiento del desarrollo de los supervisores, basado en el Guias de Desarrollo de TE
- Desarrollo y administración del sistema de 5 s en la planta
- Desarrollo de Kaisen con operadores de producción
- Entrenar al personal de reciente ingreso o aquellos que se les asigne una nueva operación.
- Realizar el proceso de certificación al personal que haya finalizado su entrenamiento y semanalmente verificar que la matriz de habilidades esté actualizada.

Requerimientos:

Licenciatura o Ingenieria afín.

Experiencia 3-6 años en Entrenamiento.

Experiencia en sector automotriz.

Sistemas de Capacitación

- Administración de matrices de habilidades (polivalencia) (LIUO)
- Desarrollo de policompetencia operativa
- Procesos de entrenamiento en piso (On-the-Job Training)
- Procesos de certificación de personal

TEOA / Operación
- Equipos Autónomos de Producción (EAPs / TEPO)
- Seguimiento al desarrollo de operadores, líderes y supervisores
- Estandarización de procesos operativos

Mejora Continua
- 5S
- Kaizen
- Análisis de causa raíz
- Estandarización y disciplina operativa

Control y Administración
- Control documental (Kardex, registros de entrenamiento)
- Detección de necesidades de capacitación (DNC)
- Uso de sistemas administrativos como TRESS
