DePuy Synthes seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations in Mexico City, ensuring efficient inventory management, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery of orthopedic products while leading warehouse teams.
Responsibilities
Supervise receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of materials and finished goods daily
Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and reconcile physical and system inventory
Ensure compliance with shipping commitments and address operational delays or issues
Oversee inspection of incoming materials for quality and specification conformity
Lead and support warehouse team members on safety practices and task execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain,



Logistics, Operations, Business, or related field
4–6 years of warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations experience
Experience supervising or leading warehouse teams and daily operations
Working knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and warehouse processes
Ability to analyze operational data and reports for decision-making
Spanish fluency required; English proficiency preferred
Experience in regulated environments such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals (preferred)
