Collaborate with product managers, designers, business leaders, and engineering teams on technical solutions and roadmaps.
Mentor and coach engineers while promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Advocate for software development best practices, secure coding, testing, and continuous delivery.
Develop automation tools and scripts to streamline operational and deployment processes.
Partner with SRE teams to optimize infrastructure, design fault-tolerant systems, and maintain SLAs.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Support compliance with industry regulations and security standards.
Promote autonomous, accountable, inclusive, and collaborative engineering culture.
Requirements




7+ years of software development experience delivering scalable and high-performance applications.
Advanced expertise with .NET, Java, TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
Deep understanding of containerized development, microservices architecture, and REST API consumption.
Experience with modular architectures, reusable components, and superapps.
Advanced knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitHub Actions, SonarCloud, Terraform, and Docker.
Experience influencing technical strategy and contributing to architectural roadmaps.
Practical experience with TDD, ATDD, and BDD.
Strong proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases, including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
Expertise in secure development practices and SAST, DAST, and MAST tools.
Strong communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Agile collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
Willingness to learn new technologies in Spin's technology stack.
