As a key member of the Technology team, the Onsite Deskside Support/ Service Engineer provides onsite support for incidents, problem resolution, and project implementation.
This role addresses technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, collaborates with integral support teams, and consults with local business leaders to align IT support with business needs.
Windows & Mac OS administration Laptop/desktop hardware & peripherals Service Now ticketing expertise SCCM & Intune (device management, imaging, patching) Antivirus deployment & endpoint security basics Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, office infrastructure) Conference room technology support Asset management tools & inventory accuracy Experience in global / international IT support environments ITIL knowledge or certification (preferred) #J-*****-Ljbffr
