Candidate Profile
We are looking for a Senior R2R Accountant with strong expertise in Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Month-End Close, and CAPEX accounting within a multinational Shared Service Center environment.
This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate asset accounting, balance sheet integrity, compliance with accounting standards, and timely financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle, including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, and disposals.Perform month-end close activities, journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting.Monitor CAPEX and WIP projects,



ensuring accurate accounting and financial controls.Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external audits.Ensure compliance with SOX controls, IFRS, and/or US GAAP.Maintain accurate and timely MDM updates.Drive process improvements and standardization across R2R activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.5+ years of experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.Strong knowledge of CAPEX, reconciliations, WIP, and financial controls.Experience with OneStream, BlackLine, JD Edwards (JDE), and advanced Excel.Advanced English required MUSTPrevious experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
