Spanish-Speaking Sales Closer – Greencard Prep

Location: Remote | Full-time, Base + Commission

Compensation: $1,000 base salary + uncapped commission

OTE: $7,000–$17,000+/month (≈ $84,000–$204,000+/year)

Schedule: 12pm–8pm EST (New York time)

Greencard Prep is a fast-growing company that helps Spanish-speaking families navigate immigration and documentation services through our online program. Families come to us at a pivotal moment in their lives, and we make sure they feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way.

We’re expanding our sales team. We’re looking for a high-performing, Spanish-speaking closer who can build trust quickly, guide prospects through consultations, and close qualified inbound leads.

This is not an entry-level position. We want someone with proven phone or video sales experience in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

Your mission is simple but demanding: turn qualified inbound leads into enrolled clients through trust, clarity, and confident closing. We generate a steady flow of qualified inbound leads every day. These are families who have already reached out to us and are ready for a conversation.

Your job is to

- Run consultations with qualified leads by phone or video
- Understand each family’s situation and needs
- Confidently close and enroll the right clients
- Maintain trust, professionalism, and consistency at all times

Your earning potential is tied directly to your skill, follow-up, and consistency.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct phone and video consultations with qualified inbound leads
- Handle objections and close qualified prospects
- Guide new clients through enrollment and documentation processes
- Follow up with prospects and keep an active pipeline




- Take detailed notes and keep the CRM updated
- Explain our program clearly and accurately (you guide clients on our services and do not give legal advice)
- Consistently hit sales KPIs and closing targets
- Thrive in a performance-driven, high-accountability environment

What We’re Looking For

This role is for motivated, experienced closers.

You are a fit if you have:

- Professional fluency in Spanish
- Conversational English
- Proven sales experience with results to show for it
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- The ability to build trust with clients in sensitive situations
- Organization and attention to detail
- A track record of hitting or exceeding KPIs
- A quiet workspace and reliable internet
- A performance-driven mindset: what you put in is what you get out

Experience in immigration, legal, insurance, or documentation-related industries is a strong plus.

Compensation

This position pays a $1,000 base salary plus uncapped commission on every client you enroll, along with performance bonuses. Consistent closers earn $7,000+/month, and top performers earn $17,000+/month.
