Role Objective: Support the execution of internal communication strategies through the creation, management, and distribution of communication materials and employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a well-informed, connected, and engaged workforce at IEPC

Education: Student in Graphic Design, Communication Design or New Mediaor other related discipline or commensurate work experience.
The role requires strong communication and content development skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and creative design tools, and the ability to support projects that enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
Fluent English (B2 level equivalent) , with technical communication, reading, and writing skills.
