Buscamos profesionales con:

- Licenciatura en Administración, Contabilidad o carrera afín.
- TITULADO
- Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en nómina y seguridad social, administrando plantillas de más de 1,000 colaboradores.
- Sólidos conocimientos en NOMINAS, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISR, SUA, IDSE, cálculo de cuotas obrero-patronales, Prima de Riesgo de Trabajo y legislación laboral vigente.
- Manejo de sistemas ERP (SAP, Oracle, Kronos, Fortia, Humansoft o similares).
- Excel avanzado.
- Inglés intermedio indispensable
- Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente

¿Qué harás?

Administrar y supervisar los procesos de nómina y seguridad social.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones ante IMSS, INFONAVIT y FONACOT.

Coordinar movimientos afiliatorios, cálculos de cuotas, Prima de Riesgo y obligaciones patronales.

Atender auditorías e inspecciones de autoridades gubernamentales.

Validar incidencias, altas, bajas, modificaciones salariales y pagos de nómina.

Brindar soporte y atención a colaboradores y áreas internas.
