Education & Experience

Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (good university preferred)8-10 years’ Strong experience in supply planning / supply chain management with team management experience.Hands-on experience in SIOP, capacity planning and inventory managementExperience managing product portfolio supply chainExposure

Understand customer demand, product lifecycle (NPI / Mature / EOL), and key requirementsTranslate demand into supply plan considering DC inventory, lead time, multi-source capacity,



and customer requirementsDrive demand signal improvement and stability across planning pipelineLead demand-supply balancing and identify gaps, risks, and mitigation actionsSupply Management

Understand supply status across sources including capacity, constraints and material readinessDrive supply improvement with PM (capacity planning), factory (efficiency), and procurement (material readiness)Improve delivery performance, supply reliability and service levelInventory, Cost & Performance
