We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team and lead key programs with Asian OEM customers.Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of Project Management experience in the automotive industryExperience with new product launches and cross-functional team coordinationExperience working directly with OEMs or Tier 1 customersAdvanced English proficiencyPreferred Qualifications:

Experience with Nissan, Hyundai/Kia, Toyota, or MazdaKnowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC, and Automotive Quality Core ToolsExperience in Quality-related functions (Advanced, Supplier, or Customer Quality)Knowledge of plastic injection, painting, and assembly processesExperience coordinating teams across Mexico, North America, and AsiaAct as the main point of contact with customersLead projects from kick-off through PPAP, SOP, and production stabilizationCoordinate Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Logistics teamsManage timing, costs, engineering changes, risks, and recovery plansEnsure compliance with customer-specific requirementsCoordinate program transfers from China to Mexico.
