Azure Red Hat Open Shift / Linux Senior Architect (15+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Azure Red Hat Open Shift / Linux Senior Architect with 15+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, container platforms, Linux administration, and cloud-native technologies. This role combines deep technical expertise with customer advisory responsibilities to help organizations optimize, modernize, and secure their Open Shift environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a trusted advisor across Open Shift, Linux Administration, Identity, and Security.
- Deliver technical workshops, knowledge-transfer sessions, and customer enablement activities.
- Assess platform health, configuration, performance, resiliency, security posture, and operational readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex issues through telemetry, log analysis, and root-cause investigations.
- Develop prioritized remediation and optimization recommendations based on technical findings and business impact.
- Support migrations, deployments, modernization initiatives, adoption programs, and service lifecycle management activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, delivery, security, and business teams to achieve customer success.

Mandatory Qualifications

15+ years of experience in Linux administration, platform engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technologies.

Advanced English communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Experience in consulting or customer-facing technical roles.

Proven ability to deliver technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.

Hands-on expertise in:

- Open Shift




- Kubernetes
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Containers
- Docker
- Helm
- CI/CD
- Networking
- Monitoring
- Automation

Experience with Linux administration and containerized environments.

Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of:

- Azure Infrastructure
- Identity and Access Management
- Security and Governance
- Automation Frameworks
- Enterprise Cloud Platforms

Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

Experience supporting large-scale modernization, migration, or transformation initiatives.

Experience with Power Shell or other automation tools.
