Client is seeking a Functional Business Analyst to support business and technology initiatives across IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, helping translate business needs into clear functional requirements, processes, and technology solutions. The adecuado candidate has a strong understanding of business processes, particularly within Finance and Procurement, combined with experience working with IT and digital technology teams. Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and process requirements. Gather, document, and analyze functional requirements and translate them into clear business and system requirements. Work closely with IT, Digital, Finance, and Procurement teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement. Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows,



use cases, and other project documentation. Facilitate meetings and requirements-gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders. Support solution design by ensuring proposed technology solutions align with business requirements. Assist with testing, including test planning, test cases, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution. Support implementation and change-management activities. Communicate project requirements, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of business and technology initiatives.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Strong experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
