KION Group IT is looking for an experienced Service Now Developer to join our general Service Now Platform Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Service Now solutions that support IT Service Management across KION Group. You will work closely with platform architects, business stakeholders, and international development teams while contributing to the growth of the KION IT Service Hub in Guadalupe, Nuevo León.
This position is ideal for a Service Now professional with strong development, integration, and stakeholder-management experience who is interested in working in a global enterprise environment.
What You Will Do Recommend, develop, configure, and maintain customized solutions within the Service Now platform. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform designs and technical solutions. Develop new functionalities in alignment with the Service Now architecture, platform roadmap, governance standards, and business strategy.



Serve as a technical point of contact for Service Now-related questions and platform support. Design and develop use cases in close collaboration with business stakeholders. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ITSM and Customer Service Management solutions. Develop and maintain integrations between Service Now and enterprise systems. Collaborate with application developers and technical teams to ensure effective data management and integration. Provide training to stakeholders on new Service Now functionalities and platform capabilities. Promote the adoption and effective use of Service Now across KION Group.
