Creates the Leads in data-management system that will be used for guests on tour. Has an extraordinary knowledge and domain of the different company systems and is able to find necessary information to create/audit the leads through wide research of history and profiling guests and members. Oversees administrative support to the Marketing & Sales departments, Marketing & Sales Management team,
