Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO configuration, SAP S/4HANA Finance, and end-to-end implementation projects. The idóneo candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and controlling processes, experience preparing functional specifications, and the ability to lead testing activities and support business users.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, including requirement gathering, blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.

Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions for financial accounting and controlling processes.

Configure and support SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting.

Work on Controlling functionalities, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing.

Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, including Business Partner (BP) configuration and customer/vendor integration.

Prepare and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, process documentation, and user manuals.

Plan, execute, and support unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP FICO with SAP SD, MM, PP, HR, and third-party applications.

Support financial closing, consolidation, financial reporting,



taxation, and compliance requirements.

Troubleshoot system issues, resolve defects, and recommend improvements to optimize financial processes.

Provide training and functional guidance to end users and business stakeholders.

Contribute to SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives and follow SAP best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

Experience in at least 3–4 full-cycle SAP ERP implementations, preferably including SAP S/4HANA.

Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration and financial business processes.

Hands-on experience with GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Controlling.

Strong knowledge of Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA, and Product Costing (CO-PC).

Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Business Partner configuration.

Knowledge of Customer Vendor Integration (CVI) in SAP S/4HANA.

Experience preparing functional specifications and configuration documentation.

Strong experience in testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing support.
Knowledge of SAP integration with SD, MM, PP, and HR.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP Query, and Report Painter/Writer.

Understanding of New GL, taxation, financial closing, and regulatory compliance.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP FICO or SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects.

Exposure to P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes.

Knowledge of SAP best practices and financial process optimization.
