Propelis is seeking a highly organized Talent Programs Coordinator to support integral Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Experience initiatives across Propelis. You will partner with US/Global HR Leadership and act as a bridge between HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and regional stakeholders.
You will drive talent development programs, onboarding/offboarding, early career programs, and annual performance cycles while maintaining global alignment.
