Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, Quality, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in customer quality or manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of 8D & Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
Knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 / Automotive experience is a plus).
Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
Valid U.S. Visa is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
Lead root cause analysis (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
Coordinate containment, corrective, and preventive actions.
Monitor quality KPIs (PPM, Scorecards).
