Ventes Mexico has partnered with an innovative education company to hire a Sales Representative to join its growing team.

About the Opportunity
Our client helps high school students conduct original academic research by connecting them one-on-one with PhD researchers from leading universities across the US and UK. Students receive guidance throughout the research process, from developing a research question to producing a publication-ready paper.

The Role
We are looking for a confident, results-driven Sales Representative to work directly with prospective students and parents across the United States.

This is a client-facing, revenue-focused position where you will lead conversations with families, understand their academic goals, present the program's value, address questions and concerns, and guide qualified prospects toward enrollment.

What You'll Do
Conduct calls with prospective students and parents across the US.
Understand students' academic interests, goals, backgrounds, and research aspirations.
Present the program clearly and confidently, tailoring conversations to each family.
Lead consultative sales conversations and build strong relationships with prospective clients.
Address questions, objections, and concerns regarding the program, research process, mentors, outcomes, timelines, and commitment.
Follow up consistently with prospects and manage opportunities through to conversion.




Maintain accurate CRM records and follow established sales processes.
Contribute directly to revenue generation and student enrollments.

What We're Looking For
Excellent spoken and written English with clear, natural communication.
Confidence and strong articulation in client-facing conversations.
Ability to lead conversations rather than simply respond to questions.
Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
A sales-oriented mindset with a focus on conversion and revenue.
Ability to learn a product quickly and communicate its value effectively.
Strong preparation, organization, and attention to detail.
Comfort communicating with US-based parents and high school students.
A strong academic background or exposure to competitive academic environments is preferred.
Previous experience in sales, admissions, education consulting, or another client-facing role is a plus.
