DiDi General Inc. is seeking a Delivery Operations Senior Analyst to support the daily fulfillment operations of Entrega C2C, our on-demand point-to-point delivery service in Mexico City.
You will work closely with couriers and cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, incentives and delivery performance using data-driven insights. The role requires 2+ years in operations or logistics, strong SQL and Excel skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to collaborate across our international team.
