SCOPE OF WORK: Business Development Representative
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (BDR)
Aerial Canvas is seeking a Business Development Representative in LATAM with experience in real estate, luxury services, commercial property marketing, architecture, construction, hospitality, or related industries. This is not a traditional call-center sales role. We are looking for a relationship-driven professional who understands how to engage high-value clients, identify opportunities, and guide prospects through a consultative sales process.

Our clients include real estate professionals, developers, builders, architects, property managers, hospitality groups, and other businesses seeking premium visual marketing solutions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
- Identify and develop relationships with qualified prospects that align with Aerial Canvas's target markets.
- Conduct strategic outbound outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and industry-specific channels.




- Manage the sales process from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and handoff.
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, developers, construction firms, architects, hospitality groups, and commercial clients.
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing contacts.
- Accurately track activities, opportunities, and sales pipeline updates within the CRM.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop sales strategies, target markets, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent the Aerial Canvas brand professionally and maintain a high level of client service.
- Meet monthly revenue, pipeline, and business development goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in business development, account management, consultative sales, or client relationship management.
- Experience working with real estate
