? We’re Hiring: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

Club Feast is looking for a highly organized, results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring across sales, operations, and corporate functions.

This is a fully remote role supporting U.S.-based hiring and working during designated U.S. business hours.

We’re looking for someone who can independently manage multiple candidate pipelines, source strong talent, move with urgency, and maintain a high standard of organization and follow-through.

What You’ll Do
• Manage candidate pipelines across multiple departments
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals,



and other recruitment channels
• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screening
• Assess candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit before moving them forward
• Coordinate candidates through each stage of the hiring process
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress and pipeline activity
• Meet established recruiting KPIs and hiring timelines
• Proactively follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Support improvements to recruitment workflows and processes
• Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

What We’re Looking For
