Hands-on profile with the ability to balance execution, coordination, and stakeholder management. Candidates can come from consulting, strategy, business transformation, or project-based roles. What is important is that they have experience structuring and analyzing business problems, generating insights and recommendations, preparing high-quality deliverables/presentations, and managing stakeholders.
