Job Description Insight General is looking for a Jira Administrator to join one of our automotive clients remotely. This person will provide support for Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management across the Atlassian Center of Excellence. Support includes:
- Troubleshoot user issues and manage Tier 1-2 support requests
- Maintain Jira projects, Confluence spaces, workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, permissions, templates, and automation rules
- Support JSM portals, request forms, queues, SLAs, knowledge articles, and request routing
- Build job aids, FAQs, training materials, and platform documentation
- Monitor data quality and ensure teams follow approved governance and platform standards
- Coordinate backlogs, action items, dependencies, risks, and progress updates for CoE initiatives
- Support platform improvement projects, including template rollouts, dashboard enhancements, training, intake improvements, and migrations
- Escalate complex architecture, integrations, licensing, security, and governance decisions to the appropriate platform owner $15/hr to $30/hr : Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.



Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law Skills and Requirements - 3+ years of experience supporting Jira and Confluence
- Experience with ERP integrations
- Experience with either Oracle Fusion or Rovo AI
- Knowledge of workflows, boards, filters, dashboards, permissions, projects, and spaces
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and support technical and non-technical users
- Understanding of agile practices, backlog management, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-up
