CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST — CLAIMS PROCESSING
Do you have a natural ability to earn people's trust, keep them engaged, and turn conversations into real progress?
Euclid File Solutions is hiring Mexico-based professionals to support U.S. clients through complex financial claims. This opportunity is adecuado for someone who enjoys meaningful client relationships, is confident on the phone, and follows through on every commitment.
Important: This is a Claims Processing position, not a sales or software customer-success job. You will begin as a Trainee Claim Processor and grow by demonstrating your capabilities.
ABOUT THE WORK
Our team helps U.S. clients pursue financial claims, including claims involving unclaimed property. Success often depends on obtaining the right supporting records, keeping clients informed, accurately managing each case, and ensuring that unresolved requests never get forgotten.
You will own the everyday client communication and administrative follow-through that moves claims forward. Specialized legal questions and decisions are escalated to leadership; you are not expected to act as an attorney.
POSITION DETAILS
- Location: Fully remote, for applicants residing in Mexico.
- Engagement: Independent contractor.
- Availability: Approximately 40 hours per week, coordinated with U.S. business hours and client needs.
- Starting compensation: $1,050 USD per month during the initial 60-day paid training and qualification period.
- After day 60: Anyone selected to continue advances automatically to Junior Claim Processor at $1,350 USD/month, effective day 61. Continuation is performance-dependent.
- English: C2-level or equivalent near-native professional spoken and written fluency is required.
- Training: Structured TalentLMS coursework, practical assignments, supervised client work, and coaching.
- WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERY DAY
- Build real client relationships. Speak with U.S. clients by phone, establish trust, listen carefully, explain requirements, handle concerns, and help clients feel informed throughout lengthy claims processes.
- Obtain missing documentation. Explain which records are needed and why, identify what's preventing a client from providing them, offer practical help, and agree on specific next steps.
- Follow through relentlessly but respectfully. Make proactive outbound calls, revisit outstanding requests, and follow up on client commitments rather than letting stalled cases sit untouched.
- Handle administrative requests. Complete forms, navigate websites, request supporting records such as birth or death certificates, and ensure information is entered accurately.
- Manage a substantial caseload. Track claims at different stages, prioritize deadlines and client needs, maintain visibility into what's blocking each case, and move work forward.
- Maintain excellent CRM records. Document conversations, update statuses, record commitments, create tasks with realistic due dates, organize documents, and keep the next action clear.
- Provide regular client updates. Keep clients informed even when no new decision has been received; explain only what is verified and avoid making promises about outcomes or payment dates.
- Use judgment and escalate appropriately. Coordinate with teammates and authorized outside parties when needed. Escalate unfamiliar legal issues, documentation discrepancies, and confidential-information requests instead of guessing.
A REALISTIC PREVIEW OF THE ROLE
This is a demanding, highly interactive position. Much of your day will involve phone conversations, repeated follow-ups, detailed CRM work, documentation requests, and solving practical problems. Some clients will be frustrated, slow to respond, or uncertain about what they need to do.
Experienced processors manage approximately 130–160 claims at different stages. That may include roughly 80 submitted claims requiring ongoing client updates and another 50–80 cases needing more active documentation and follow-up. New team members build toward this mature workload gradually through training and supervision.
You will not be judged by how busy you appear. What matters is whether you communicate well, keep accurate records, consistently honor commitments, and make responsible progress on your assigned cases.
This is not a quiet data-entry position, a traditional inbound-only call center, or a role where you can simply wait for clients to contact you. If you dislike frequent calls, repetitive follow-ups, or being accountable for many ongoing tasks, this is unlikely to be a good fit.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Outstanding English: C2-level or demonstrably equivalent near-native fluency. You must be able to understand and respond naturally to unscripted U.S. client conversations, including sensitive or frustrating calls. A specific accent or native-English-speaking background is not required.
- Genuine rapport and empathy: You enjoy working with people, can establish trust quickly, and communicate warmly without sounding scripted.
- Persistence and ownership: You proactively pursue outstanding items, keep promises, and take responsibility for seeing work through to completion.
- Organization and accuracy: You manage competing responsibilities, capture important details, respect deadlines, and avoid losing track of tasks.
- Strong computer fluency: You can navigate multiple browser tabs, online forms, documents, CRM-style systems, and new software confidently
- Independent learning and coachability: You can complete structured coursework, absorb unfamiliar concepts quickly, ask thoughtful questions, apply feedback, and become increasingly independent.
- Professional resilience: You stay composed during difficult client interactions and maintain consistent quality during repetitive, demanding days.
- Work setup: A reliable computer, stable internet connection, a quiet environment for professional client calls, and approximately 40 hours of weekly availability coordinated with U.S. needs.
PREFERRED, NOT REQUIRED
- A completed university degree in any field. We value evidence of structured learning and long-term commitment, but strong applicants without a degree are welcome.
- Experience in customer service, customer success, collections, account management, case management, claims, or administrative operations.
- Experience using Close CRM or another CRM, case-management, help-desk, or workflow platform to track conversations, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Exposure to legal, financial-services, insurance, or documentation-heavy processes.
You do not need previous unclaimed-property experience or a legal background. We teach the necessary procedures.
TRAINING AND YOUR FIRST 60 DAYS
Your first 60 days combine paid training with a formal qualification period. You will study unfamiliar claims-processing concepts through TalentLMS, complete knowledge checks and practical exercises, and gradually apply procedures to supervised client work.
We will evaluate your ability to learn, communicate with clients, document work accurately, accept coaching, manage follow-ups, and become increasingly reliable without constant reminders.
Continued engagement beyond the first 60 days is based on performance and is not guaranteed. Anyone retained after day 60 automatically receives the Junior rate beginning on day 61; there is no indefinite trainee compensation for retained processors.
COMPENSATION AND ADVANCEMENT (USD/MONTH)
- Trainee Claim Processor: $1,050 — initial 60 days.
- Junior Claim Processor: $1,350 — automatically effective day 61 if retained.
- Associate Claim Processor: $1,650 — future performance-based advancement.
- Senior Claim Processor: $2,000 — future performance-based advancement.
- Advancement beyond Junior is based on consistent results, competence, independence, and responsibility rather than tenure. Higher levels are growth opportunities, not guaranteed promotions.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You build relationships that make clients comfortable taking action. You know which document is missing, who committed to doing what, and when you need to follow up. Your notes are reliable enough for a teammate to understand the claim. When you're unsure, you ask or escalate instead of making assumptions. You take feedback seriously and improve from week to week.
OUR SELECTION PROCESS
1. Application review: We assess your résumé and responses to initial screening questions.
2. Hireflix video interview: Selected applicants complete six recorded questions in English covering client communication, problem-solving, follow-through, judgment, and learning ability.
3. Interactive CRM work simulation: Advancing candidates complete a short, realistic computer-based assessment involving case documentation, client communication, and task management.
4. Live interview: Finalists take part in one structured interview, including practical questions and real-time client interaction.
- Please apply only if the work itself, the English standard, the stated compensation, and the initial 60-day qualification arrangement genuinely suit you. We look forward to meeting candidates who take pride in helping clients and getting important things done.
