$17,000 MXN per month after taxes + benefits required by Mexican law

What you’ll do:

- Guide potential clients through an initial questionnaire before their attorney consultation
- Help new clients access and use our client portals
- Send documents for signature and follow up on completion
- Explain next steps clearly and answer questions about the onboarding process
- Create a positive, professional experience from the first interaction

What we’re looking for:

- At least one year of experience in customer service, client support, business development, or a similar role
- Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Good organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work toward team goals

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

One Saturday approximately every 7–9 weeks , paid as overtime plus an additional Saturday bonus .
