Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Design Systems Engineer to own how client design systems are built. You extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
You will stand up new systems quickly and accurately across several client brands, ensuring consistency while allowing distinct brand expressions, across US-facing projects.
