You will guide plastics development from early concepts through full industrialization, coordinating with Seat Complete, Structure, Features, Studio, Safety, and procurement teams.

Role requires 4+ years of related experience, strong English, CAD/PLM tools proficiency (Teamcenter, VisMockup, CATIA), and readiness to travel to Dearborn or supplier
