Paystand is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to own our most challenging merchant-facing problems, including escalations, ERP integration failures, and reconciliation across NetSuite, Sage Intacct and other integrations. As a merchant-facing role, you will speak with finance teams from staff accountants to CFOs, explain what went wrong, and drive resolution.

You will write documentation, improve runbooks, and work with AI support agents to automate routine tasks while reducing manual
