Configure, support, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking solutions. Gather business requirements, design and implement system changes, support testing and deployments, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable HR technology solutions.
Key Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
- Experience with Business Rules, Time Valuation, Workflows, and Employee Central Data Model.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience delivering projects in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of Role-Based Permissions (RBP); EC Payroll and ABAP are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting medium-to-large-scale implementations and releases.
