- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, or supply chain operations.
- Strong automotive manufacturing experience, preferably Tier 1/Tier 2.
- Advanced knowledge of MRP, inventory management, supplier scheduling, and production planning.
- Strong SAP/ERP experience.
- Knowledge of BOM structures, lead times, safety stock, inventory coverage, and capacity constraints.
- Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing international suppliers and complex supply chains.
- Advanced English, including supplier negotiations and escalations.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
