Location: Querétaro, Mexico (On-site)
Contract Type: Temporary position to cover a maternity leave for 1 year
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
English level: Advanced

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate Supply Chain-related IT initiatives and projects.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and implement process improvements.
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage business requirements and support end-to-end process optimization.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide executive-level communication and status reporting.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and change management activities.
- Ensure alignment between Supply Chain business needs and IT solutions.

Required Qualifications





- Strong experience in Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management).
- Experience with SAP PP (Production Planning).
- SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) is desirable.
- Experience leading cross-functional and integral teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven experience delivering business-critical projects and programs.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
