EHS Manager

YOUR TASKS

- Develop, implement, and maintain the company's EHS management system across all assigned locations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, federal, and corporate EHS requirements.
- Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Lead accident and near-miss event investigations.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Coordinate emergency response plans, drills, evacuation procedures, and business continuity activities related to safety.
- Conduct routine inspections, risk assessments, internal audits, and compliance reviews.




- Monitor corrective and preventive action plans and ensure timely closure.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Safety Management, environment or engineering related

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.

EHS Background

Excellent leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and a methodical approach.

Excellent command of data analysis and performance metrics, using relevant safety management software.

Ability to implement EHS policies and procedures in a large-scale, complex environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
